healthy tips

Sometimes headaches start due to hunger, this is due to not eating or not eating breakfast for a long time.
According to the Health Bold Sky website, a scientific study conducted at the University of Melbourne Australia has revealed that hunger causes 31% of headaches.
Other causes include 29% of headaches, including fatigue, irritability, change of weather, menstruation, travel, noise and inability to sleep.

Causes of Headaches Due to Hunger

There are several causes of headaches, such as dehydration, low calorie intake and low glucose.
When our brain does not receive the full amount of glucose, it releases specific hormones, such as glucagon, cortisol, and adrenaline, which make up for the lack of glucose and sugar in the body.

After the release of these hormones from the brain, their negative effects include headaches, as well as a feeling of fatigue, lethargy and nausea. In the same way, dehydration and lack of food in the body affect the brain's capacity and accelerate it, which causes headaches. People with stress and diabetes have more severe headaches.

A study by Greek researchers found that stress sufferers accounted for 93 per cent of headaches, but not more than 58 per cent of those who did not. It is also possible that hunger and stress can cause migraines.
